In 2007, a 72,000-square foot facility was built to meet the expanding needs of our members and contractors. It was built with an eye on future growth in the Seattle and surrounding areas and represents a total investment of over $8 million dollars. These are dollars that were invested by our members and our contractors to ensure that Sheet Metal Workers are the most skilled and productive workers in the construction industry!
In 2017, a 45,000-square foot facility was remodeled to meet the expanding needs of our members and contractors in the southern areas of the Puget Sound. This building is a state-of- the-art training facility. This facility allows us to train our members in the ever-changing needs of all sectors of our Industry. It represents a total investment of over $7 million dollars. These are dollars that were invested by our members and our contractors to ensure that Sheet Metal Workers are the most skilled and productive workers in the construction industry!
